Membership
A. Full membership is open to all Caltech/JPL retired employees and spouses or domestic partners.
B. Caltech and JPL employees and domestic partners who are still working may join as pre-retiree members.
C. Former Caltech/JPL employees who are now contract employees working at Caltech or JPL who have lost their Caltech Retiree benefit eligibility as a result of outsourcing, downsizing, re-organization, or relocation, who are at least 55 years of age and have at least 10 combined consecutive years working at Caltech or JPL as either an employee or contractor, immediately prior to retirement, are eligible for full membership.
D. Membership dues shall be set annually by the Board and are payable January lst. Payment shall entitle any member and spouse or domestic partner to participate in all activities, including holding an ARC office or chairperson on any committee. For new members, dues paid after October 1st will also apply to the following year.
